Our web connection and phone connection keep cutting out. About 1 minute on and 30 seconds off. Called them on Friday and was told it would be Monday before they could get here........Now if I had to call 911...then what? Here's the deal. They have been rewiring this bldg and nobody I know of outside of this bldg has the problem....so they caused it!!!! Was originally told when we went with the VOIP phone service that phone outages will get priority...meaning weekend service too......
